This month's meeting was a bit of a bust. Two people had to cancel, two were late and one had to leave early! We did get some cooking done in there.
Here is what the menu looked like:
Jillian - Twice Cooked Fries with Caramelised Onions and Blue Cheese
Suzanne - Cherry Coke Chicken
Danielle - Ultimate Chocolate Covered Caramel Apples
They are serious when they say only a small amount of water and make sure you wait until the caramel has cooled a bit. Mine were tasty but not so pretty.

wow, I wish I could find people in my small town to have a cooking club with. I did it when I lived in California and it was so much fun.
